hmmm. I hate these things, what do you say about yourself? well, I'm 21. Female. Live in England. Took a gap year before uni and worked my way through it at the City Council... it was stressful. Nothing exciting in my gap year like going to Nepal I'm afraid! Now in my second year at uni, doing Law with Criminology. Used to still work part time, but gave it up. Again, too stressful. But uni's expensive and a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do, so I'm thinking summer jobs.

I'm addicted to certain message boards and websites, practically chained to my computer lol.

If I start listing all my likes and dislikes, I will be here for ever, and I will keep whoever is bothering to read this here forever, so I'll keep it simple by saying I love pretty much all kinds of music, or at least trying them out, except trance music ugghh that stuff just gives me a headache. A few people I like go from Damien Rice to The Fray to India Arie to Pink to Beyonce to Linkin Park. I'm the same way with films and TV shows, although I have to say I have a soft spot for good romantic comedies and weepies, and the TV shows Gossip Girl, Skins, 90210, , Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy.... the list goes on lol. Used to include Supernatural, and Prison Break... but we all know how PB went south =(

My favourite book is currently still 'The Kite Runner' by Khaled Hosseini, if you haven't read it you really should, it's gorgeous. I watched the movie, I cried, LOVED it.

I have a pretty huge family with loads of uncles and aunties and cousins, so get togethers are always lively. And I'm an auntie myself, 3 nieces and 2 nephews... I tend to gush over them a lot lol.

Here's a weird thing about me, I LOVE quotes, I always end up needing to get a pen and paper when I'm watching something on the telly or reading something because there are always great quotes that people say, whether it's something funny or something profound. And then there's the fact that people always give out website addresses for shows, so ya gotta make a note of them if you're a weirdo like me ;)

This journal is generally a place for me to get on my soapbox when I need to and vent (cheaper than therapy hehe), hopefully make some friends on here, read some of the great fanfic on offer, and steal some icons ;) lol People are so talented on here, when it comes to writing and web designing, and making great icons and banners and things, hopefully I'll figure out how to do it and have a try.

I write some personal things which is why it's Friends Only. I make very few public posts.
